2. Description of Service
Prezence is an event management platform that provides tools for contact management, invitation sending, RSVP tracking, and on-site check-in. Our services are designed for PR agencies and corporate event teams.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Data Processing
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. As a data processor, we act on your instructions regarding guest data.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may have SLA guarantees as specified in their contracts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prezence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
